FIT provides healthcare, training and workplace health and safety programs to professionals, companies and institutions. IT operates several locations across Ontario to be able to better serve our customers. The company was founded to help healthcare professionals migrate from the paper based practices to EMS (Electronic Medical Records) and benefit from the IT revolution. Over time, the company recognized the same challenges in the legal profession and launched a separate unit to help legal professionals convert to the paperless office.

Frontline Informatics (Legal) assigns an Account Manager to every major account, and they communicate directly with our clients to add that personal touch to our service. Our impressive team of certified trainers and technical support staff in Summation and Concordance assist you every step of the way. Our staff consists of experienced Digital Imaging Specialists, Production Managers who train and oversee our production staff, Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers. Our scanning facility is fully equipped with the latest equipment to deliver professional results.

Our Document Scanning Centre offers you a practical solution to Document Storage and Management Systems. Our team works directly with you providing a solution in ways to reduce dependency on paper and save valuable storage space. We help provide support and expertise while improving your document accessibility and information distribution, and above all your office productivity.

Frontline Informatics (Legal) scanning services also include creating load files for litigation software (i.e.: Summation, Concordance, etc.). We provide objective coding (bibliographical indexing), based on our customer needs along with OCR and electronic document conversion.
